If you are 'in-the-making' of your comic masterpiece - then looking forward to seeing it.

Guidelines for films submitted selection panel:

	1 -	any format; Hi 8 - S-VHS - Digital - 8mm - 35mm etc Screend from DVD
	2 -	any length between 2 to 30 minutes (over 10 mins it must be "bloody funny!!"
	3 -	any comic genre; black, slapstick, irreverent, romantic, political, subversive, absurd ... etc.
	4 -	And must have an excellent sense of humou
